Cod ceviche with a salad

Cut the cod into small pieces, put it in a bowl and add lime juice.

Leave it to marinate for up to 2 hours or until meat goes opaque.

Strain the lime juice.

Season the fish with salt and pepper, add diced onion and chopped coriander.

Serve with corn grain, banana chips, salad mix and olive oil.


• 100 g of cod filet
• Juice from 3 limes
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of pepper

Salad mix
• 20 g of corn grain
• 10 g of banana chips
• 1 small red onion
• Coriander leaves
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
