    ASPECT: Shiny mahogany brown nuances and beautiful creamy coloured foam.

    NOSE: Caramel notes with fruitiness of banana and apple. Spices, macerated fruits, smoky notes and red fruits odours added on top.

    IN THE MOUTH: This complex ale develops a fine taste of liquorice and ripe fruits with a fine note of macerated prune.

    AFTERTASTE: Persistent notes of spices. Sweet aftertaste.
